What is Uncapped Broadband Original Internet Access?

Uncapped Broadband Original internet access packages are the original "speed based" broadband packages.

Are there any restrictions on the amount of data I download?

With the Broadband Original Uncapped packages no data transfer limits are applied to your subscription.

What do I receive as part of my package?

One Fixed IP address - all of our internet access packages come with one fixed IP address as standard.

Control Panel - giving you the ability to create additional email addresses and access your webspace.

20Mb Web Space - for you to do with as you please, including re-direct to another host

Catch All Email Address - default email address which captures all email sent to your account.

10 Email Addresses - using your password protected control panel you can create upto 10 individual email addresses.

What is the contention ratio?

The contention ratio's for the Home & Office packages are 50:1 & 20:1 respectively.

How long is the contract term?

Where the activation fee has been paid the minimum contract is 1 month. Where the activation fee has not been paid (i.e. you have migrated from a previous broadband supplier) the minimum term is 6 months. There is a 1 month notice period to cancel in both cases.
